Hi, I’m LaQuinta! Welcome to my little corner of the web. Writing Giselle is more than a book. It’s a journey of faith, healing, and the many ways my Lord and Savior has carried me through. Each page is a testimony, written in story form to show how He delivers, restores, and transforms. I pray that as you read, you don’t just see my story, you encounter His presence, His power, and His love for you. This is really His glory through me.
ABOUT THE BOOK
Giselle follows the story of Dawn, a young woman marked by childhood trauma, abuse, and the weight of feeling unseen. So conditioned to silence and invisibility, she struggles to recognize her own worth.
Throughout this story, Dawn wrestles with the hardest truth of all: that God has loved her from the very beginning, even in the moments of pain when she thought He wasn’t there. Her journey reflects the reality that walking with God is never a one-time arrival. It is filled with mysteries, convictions, struggles, and milestones — each requiring her to lay down her flesh and choose to trust in Him.
